Have you ever been robbed? Have you ever had this feeling that someone just took something from you that you worked for or it was given to you by someone? If you have you know the feeling. Someone took possession of something that was yours without your consent. It is a devastating feeling. The more you worked for what was stolen or the more you cherish that thing, the more devastating it is. That’s what Tim, Aaron, Kristi, Cathy and maybe Keri (we have no proof that Keri is involved yet) did to us. They entered our houses, they lied, they betrayed our trust and they took our money. Why did they lie to us and took our money? Because the lifestyle that they want to have (and want to brag about) is not possible for them to achieve with the skills that they have. So, they must take it from someone else.
It is impressive to us, how they still have people that are defending them without looking at the evidence. If someone without any bias, comes to this site, look at the links, pictures and other evidence, this person will know that they harmed people in Florida. These are not lies. You can’t make up a lawsuits, you can’t make up a police reports, you can’t make up a lot of things.
In one of Katie’s posts (defending herself and her family) she says that she didn’t know she had to inform everyone about their moving back to Peoria. Well, as we see, she informs everyone about everything else ALL THE TIME. She also says that “their house” in Florida will only be used by the family for vacations. This hilarious! And the worse! There are even people asking if they could rent the house from them!!
THEY DON’T OWE THAT HOUSE. Her boyfriend posted on his Facebook pictures of him loading furniture in a truck in Florida “everything for family” he said. I guess they will spend their vacation in an empty house then. Believe me, they are not coming back to Florida anytime soon, especially when their arrests warrants could be issued at any time. We are getting close!
That house was a rental and belongs to 2 ladies who live in Elmont NY. It is public records, just check it. So SHE IS A LIAR! They don’t have a Florida Vacation Home. They fled the state once they thought things were heating up fast for them. And she didn’t stay behind to pursue her career (maybe her criminal carrier, as she was with Aaron collecting the last checks), they had “stuff” to finish before taking off.
In the same post, there is a comment by no one but Mr. thief himself, Tim Behm. There he says: “If you don’t like me or believe any of this bs just delete me and move on or man up and just ask me”

Tim, why don’t YOU “MAN UP” and come to Florida to answer the 2 lawsuits people have filled against you which any honest real man would do? In these suits everyone can see YOU stole thousands of dollars from people!
Why didn’t YOU “MAN UP” and answered the door, LIKE A REAL MAN when the process server knocked to SERVE you papers for the lawsuits? Why did you hide behind that door and ask the kids to scream “go away” to the processor? He said your car was in the driveway with the plate that said “Big Behm”! This week we are giving you, the readers, the police report that we received through the Orlando Police Department Public Record Search. This is the police report filled from one of the victims right after they found out that they was robbed by them. Read the police report and make your own conclusions. In the supplemental report the representative of McCahill spell out what they did to over 30 people. Aaron are you shaking yet? Has Tim fooled you into doing all the dirty work so that when things go bad it is all on you? Aaron how clean are your hands as compared to Tim’s? The first one to the authorities most of the time has the opportunity for a plea deal. Sure would be nice to see those kids grow up would it not?

Now we know that they open a business and steal from honest people, then they close it down and move on to the next idea of how to steal even more. He even helped Katie surprise Kristi by showing up on their Las Vegas vacation – Aaron was at the airport picking Katie up and greeting her with a shot of liquor (classy people). Well Kristi, you might want to give a damn because a few people have mentioned the Aaron/Katie thing to me and we’re just outsiders and we can see it. Open your eyes, karma is staring right at you.

remember when they went ON AND ON about Katie opening a gym? She would be the youngest IN HISTORY to open a franchise. That still makes me laugh, they’re so over the top with everything! That was right after Katie LOST the weight loss competition and then had her family saying she should’ve won. What poor losers. Once everyone forgot about her embarrassing loss, she quit talking about opening a gym that she was NEVER going to open because she barely has a high school education and there’s no way she has the capital needed to open a gym and run a successful business. So on to the next venture – Katie and Kristi make a super childish video about how they’re going to be esti’s because they are all about fake things (lashes, nails, hair, spray tans). And Tim was going to be the contractor at Villa Bordeaux and Katie was bragging about THAT on facebook. What exactly does Cathy do? Does anybody know? She’s definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer, we know she can’t shoplift very well because she got caught. And when she calls Tim sexy,I literally almost dry heave. But Kristi and Katie are advertising lashes and wax and spray tans on facebook but they aren’t even licensed to do it. Hope they don’t mess someones eyes up not knowing what they’re doing and then get sued because that person will never get them to open the door for a process server. So if I live by the Behm rule, you can say you’re an astronaut and everyone will say WOW, LOOK AT YOU! Doesn’t mean you ARE, but say it and if you have dumbass friends like they do, they’ll believe that too. Maybe next July Katie could be a Texas Ranger, the youngest in the history of mankind. If the horse can take her weight, that is.
Tim says man up and ask him. Ok Tim, we’re asking you. Question #1: Why are you avoiding being served with the two lawsuits that claim you are a thief? If you REALLY did nothing wrong, it’s super easy to clear your name. By avoiding it, it shows that you’re likely guilty. WHY AREN’T YOU LETTING THEM SERVE YOU? Question #2: Katie said that you – as McCahill Contracting – landed a contract for Villa Bordeaux. However, you’re now running a small car lot. Which is it? Are you the contractor at Villa Bordeaux? Someone even mentioned that you BOUGHT Villa Bordeaux and tagged you in that post. You never denied it. Tyler was taking daily selfies showing himself working there (between posing for pictures) and proclaiming how he WORKS for his family. Aren’t men SUPPOSED to work for their families? And now he’s begging for power washing jobs (in November) and we don’t see any more selfies of him hard at work at Villa Bordeaux. I’d sure love to see a picture of Katie power washing and her fake hair and lashes being blown off by the sheer pressure of it!

I am confused as to how Tim is involved in the Villa Bordeaux apartment renovation. Especially now that he has the used car lot. I have known Tim and Cathy for quite some time, but I have to admit, I always wondered how they lived the way they lived.
He’s not involved in it. He just tried to convince everyone that not only was he hired to renovate, but that he bought it too, because you know, they’re just SWIMMING in money! Someone posted on Facebook that he was the owner, tagged him, and he didn’t deny it. Now you know how they live, they steal from everyone around them. Makes sense now, right? How do people who don’t work, BARELY have high school diplomas, have been arrested for shoplifting and other offenses, buy all the things they buy? They steal. It’s just that easy and simple for them.

I’ve been reading this and finally had to reply. The person above nailed it – they were showing off online by basically saying to everyone: Look what WE have and you don’t. Look where WE went on vacation.. look where WE live.. look at OUR asses literally sticking out of the pool for someone to take a picture of and post online. And speaking of that, what kind of woman raises daughters who pose for pictures like that and then posts those pictures on social media for their family to see? I’ll tell you who, the same woman that bends over in front of her disgustingly fat husband on a family cruise so he can pretend to be having sex with her while countless people (including children) are watching and post it on social media. What really made my blood boil was the day they announce the death in the family, Katie is posting half naked pictures of her old self (when she was skinny) so apparently they’re not too upset about the death since she can still post her old pictures begging for compliments. All that showing off really doesn’t impress anyone now that we know how they got all the money to fund it. Stealing really isn’t cool Tim and fam.
For their unpaid property taxes couldn’t someone pay those taxes if they are delinquent and if you prove that can’t that house be put in foreclosure and you have the first of choice to buy that house? How funny would that be if you could do that and force them out of all “their” properties
Looks like they bought themselves 30 more days of delay before they’re going to finally have to face what they did to this family….. their last lawyer quit on them. Wonder who they’re going to hire now? Time is running out Tim and family….
